If you undock the laptop and redock it sometimes the screen that went out will come back up and other times it won't. I have tried this with a brand new dock ... I'm not exactly sure whats causing it and looking to see if anyone else has experienced it and what the fix was. Lately when i have been joining video conferences, or virtual meetings the dock will randomly disconnect from the laptop.
