WebRDWorks support for graphic import is terrible. It doesn't support .svg or .pdf and the formats it lists as supported often do not work so they are probably versions from Windows 3.1 . If you have the ability to convert your .svg to an older version of the Adobe Illustrator .ai file, that often works as a workaround.
