WebApr 10, 2024 · For any incoming calls to the main line, selecting 'consult then transfer' option lets us select the person which then goes straight to their voicemail instead of ringing them directly. We've checked everyone's settings and their forwarding option is off. Calling a person directly via Teams works fine though. Any ideas appreciated!
