WebThe intelligence bobblehead is easy to get by say 20 th level. So you could get Int=6 later. When you do crafting you can see all items available, and if you don't have a skill, it will be clear which skill you need. Look through the crafting menus to see what you cannot build. IIRC all the large water purifiers require the science perk.
