Even with the Emby docker stopped, there would be one CPU at 100% all the time, and some usage on the other three, for a 30/40% aggregated average. On 6.6.6 it was under 10% I think. WebI have an Emby Premier account and for the most part everything plays perfectly. The problem is that for a small percentage of my videos I get a very noticable stutter. The quality of the video is not the cause as it has happened with 1080p as well as 480p videos.
