I will crank the vice in around the axle shaft until there is a little space around it, with the CV joint I want to remove sticking up in the air, then just slam downward on the axle shaft. I had a boot with a tear in it and when I changed it out the c clip was bad. it goes to a rhino brand axle. I have tried the local automotive shops, but no luck. gonna call super atv tomorrow.
